The Greenbank Corner House is situated on a high bluff
above the northern opening of Holmes Harbor facing east toward the sunrise,
Saratoga passage and Mt Baker. As the sun sets, the lights of the mainland can
be seen glittering in the distance. A community trail winds its way down through
a wooded ravine to the quiet rocky beach in habited by seals, otters, deer,
eagles and other wildlife. Built in 2004 in Northwest Contemporary style, in the
house features a full kitchen, deck off the dinning area and cathedral living
area with a fireplace just right for family get-togethers or peaceful naps. A
private master suite and fully equipped utility area complete the main floor.
The second floor includes a family TV area, bedroom and full bath. The house
also has a woodsy view from the upper and lower decks. Extra seperate bonus
bedroom with bathroom with private entrance avalible for extra cleaning fee. For
great outdoor dining and evenings under the stars you'll enjoy the large stone
patio with a wood fireplace and all the ambience of a quiet island get-away. 4
